How to report animal ab_se on mobile (android) when the mods of the sub facilitate it?

I know you can write a custom message for removal request to a sub, but the subreddit the ab_se video is on automatically bins posts and then may be approved by mods. This post has over 4k likes and has been up for 3-4 days. So what I'm saying is the mods approved it and want it to stay.
