Are there any good introductory business accounting/finance courses suitable for product professionals?

I'm working in Product Leadership for my small (50 person) organisation and have picked up a fair bit along the way but have never sat down and worked through a formal introduction to business accounting/finance.

Has anyone done this? How did it improve your Product capabilities and would you recommend the particular course / resource?

It doesn't need to necessarily a course/resource for Product people (i.e. "business finance for PMs).
