Credit Builder is killing me

Recently I received a notice from Transunion that my credit sore had dropped by 72 points because of derogatory mark on my credit for a missed payment, so I investigated only to find out it is from Chime stride . here's the odd part I've never borrowed and my from chime or made any sort of payments to chime for anything, I used the Credit Builder card one time to pay a bill and used my own money to do so, yet there it sits on my TransUnion report. They said when I called I need a letter or Email from Chime to help my case. I'm not understanding what's going on exactly but I do know I'm definitely canceling my Chime cards.

If you're working hard to build your credit back up I strongly urge you to find a different way, This company CHIME will drag you down and take all your hard work with it.
