Anyone know about Radiance Tech LLC (Bench Sales Recruiter role)?

Hey folks,

I recently got an offer from Radiance Tech LLC for a Bench Sales Recruiter position in Ahmedabad. The thing is I know literally nothing about sales recruiting or how this kind of role works. From what I’ve read, it’s mostly US IT staffing, night shifts, etc., but I don’t have any solid info on career growth, pay hikes, or work culture.

One thing that’s worrying me they’re asking me to submit my original degree certificate to their office and say they’ll return it when I leave the company. Is that normal in this industry or a huge red flag?

Has anyone worked at Radiance Tech LLC or in similar bench sales recruiter roles? How’s the experience, learning curve, and future scope? Would love to hear some honest reviews before I make a decision.

Thanks in advance 🙏
