my friend ghosted me

This happened last year when we were planning to go Tokyo in December. I was so busy with work at the time so I can't join them discussing about the trip. but i already informed them earlier that I will catch up after work.

I saw that there's so many notifications from our group but I only can reply after work as I don't want to get distracted. so that night i decide to read everything that they were discussing. let's name them A & B. A was asking when is the date cus she need to apply 2 months in advance. B answered probably end of nov till early dec. B suggesting that we book our flight tix & hotel at Agoda which cost almost 7k per pax for a total of 5 days. she also stated that she don't want to take any public transport other than Taxi.

after reading everything I replied her. I think 5 days in Tokyo for 7K per pax is little bit expensive. i suggest that we should book airbnb and I also send few suggestions that is affordable. A is agreed with my suggestion. A mentioned that she's been to Japan 2 years ago and she said the public transport is reliable and will be much cheaper than taxi as taking taxi in Japan is quite expensive. as it's midnight already B didn't respond.

the next morning A PM me. she asked me why B left the group. I was shock cus I didn't know at all. i reach out by PM but she didn't reply me at all. I try to message her again the next day but my message was not delivered. I just brush it off thinking I may have line problem and I also want to give her some time. after few days she still didn't reply me. i saw she post a story on ig. so I DMed her but suddenly her profile picture missing. I feel weird so i try to find her ig but none. I ask my other friend to find her ig and it still exist. well I figured i been blocked. so i try inviting her on wasap group but couldn't. well i have been blocked on wasap as well.

I was so confused so I msg A and asked her about B. she said not sure. I told her that i have been blocked by B. she was shock and she told me that she didn't get blocked by B. I was wondering what happened between both of us. Is she offended bc I didn't agree with her about the 7K?

It's almost a year & I still didn't know what did I did wrong to her. it's so unusual of her to do this because she's someone that can discuss about anything and always open for suggestions.
