2013 Civic LX acting weird.

So my 2013 Civic LX (About 196k miles) has been acting up recently. I just replaced both front bearings (front right was sounding shot), and my thermostat (did take some time before I did that, so a couple months of light usage with a constant P0128 code. Both issues were resolved, but what wasn't was my VSA/Power Steering/ABS lights turning on. When I drive for like 2 blocks they dissapear. Then when I stop it sometimes comes back on. For the past 3 days they were completely gone, I thought maybe it was because I had driven the car enough time and pushed it, thanked God. Once again today, they turned back on, as well as my water temp HOT light, blasted the heat, went away. Checked the radiator, still full.

Sidenote(mechanic did not refill coolant a couple weeks ago until I found out my car was starting to overheat, but it was only for like half a day before I found out, so I refilled it, overheating problem solved) Unlikely to be the root.

*I already replaced the battery, seemed to make the car run better, but the lights still turn on sometimes.*

I'm just so confused. I commute to Uni so I dont want to be left stranded on the road.

TLDR: Replaced both front bearings, thermostat, and battery. EPS/VSA/ABS lights sometimes turn on, turn off when driven for some time (For 3 days they were completely off). Just got a Water Temp HOT, never happened before, coolant was literally just replaced. Car sometimes takes a little while to start.
