F1 2016 Fitgirl Multiplayer

I have downloaded the F1 2016 repack from fitgirl and I am able to launch it in offline mode without replacing any files, but the moment I try to get the multiplayer working by copying the NoDVD files into the main directory the game just refuses to launch, I also have no idea how to modify (if needed) the two .ini files that are present. Is there any guide I can follow? Any help would be appreciated
