Bilateral Varicocele

Anybody had bilateral varicocele with right side being larger? I had left varicocele about 10 years ago when I was a teen ~17 years old and I get mild discomfort in my left testicle and I can feel the worm like veins around my ball, but urologist told me it's normal so I learned to live with it. Fast forward 10 years later this year I have been seeing many doctors and reached my deductible and decided to do another ultrasound since it's cheap and the left varicoceles are still there (multiple veins with the largest being 0.27cm) but there is also one vein on the right side (0.4cm) my urologist didn't say anything just said the result is normal. Because I also have this chronic back pain (flank area) I asked my primary doctor to get a renal ultrasound done to check my kidneys but didn't find anything abnormal. Searching online says varicocele on the right side could be caused by vein compression such as tumor. This is scary I'm only 28. Should I push for a CT scan to get more detailed imaging done?
