Bedspace/partitions for rent
Hey Everyone,
Posting on behalf of a F friend.
"I am new to Dubai and moving here to study. The issue is finding an affordable room to rent and after scouring thru the city, I think I can afford a bedspace or partition only to start with due to the high rents. I found a few places in Satwa for 'partitions' where they have made spaces in an apartment where its has basic facilities like a bed, cupboard and ac in a staggered way which is clean unlike the few I saw elsewhere. I find it convenient because it's close to the metro and fitting my budget, However, I heard allot of places as such being raided for illegal sub-let or rent which is why i need your opinion.
Is it safe to rent a bedspace or partition in Dubai? How can I know its safe if yes? Also what are some budget friendly accommodation options for students in Dubai (don't say Sharjah).
Thanks"
