Small business owners do you use AI for cataloging and WhatsApp sales?

I’ve been talking to a few other small shop owners, and one topic that keeps coming up is how much time catalog uploads take. Most of us don’t have dedicated staff for this, so we’re snapping photos, writing descriptions, copying them to Shopify or Amazon, and then also trying to update customers on WhatsApp.

It got me thinking are any of you here already using AI to speed up this process? For example, something that takes an image and generates a proper product description in both English and Hindi, maybe even formats it for different platforms. Or something that helps automate WhatsApp orders instead of manually responding all day.

I feel like small businesses in India are stuck between expensive enterprise software (totally out of reach for us) and free tools that don’t really get our workflows. Curious if anyone has tested AI tools that are both affordable and practical?

Also, what’s the one area of your business you’d want AI to help with most is it customer support, invoicing, marketing, or something else? I’d love to hear how others in this community are experimenting, or if you’re skeptical about it altogether.
