Pc taking to long to boot

I have a custom build and as a first time builder I can’t figure out what is happening. I have a wd blue sa510 2tb with 500gb free. Corsair vengeance 6400mhz 32gb ram intel i5 14600k cpu asus oc 3060 gpu asus rog strix b660f gaming WiFi motherboard and it takes about 15 minutes to boot into windows. I am looking for any advice. Any questions about it just ask
