C&F: Quit a job but then dismissed by angry boss?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if this is something I should disclose as a job termination. 4-5 years ago I quit a minimum wage part-time job at the mall. I provided a 1 week notice and a reference to take my place. My boss got mad and said not to come to my last few shifts (I still worked a couple after that). Would this be considered quitting or termination? The company is still in business but the store I worked at shut down.
