Looking for coping mechanisms

I'm a 19-year-old female who's currently in her second semester at university. I've been struggling with waves of depression that come every 3-4 months. They can be triggered by major life events or even minor issues (death, breakups, financial problems, isolation, body dysmorphia, stress etc). Lately, I've been going through the motions after my second major heartbreak. I assumed I had moved on; however, my brain is struggling to reason with the feelings in my heart. Now, I'm aware this subreddit is not for breakup dilemmas, which brings me to my next point. These waves of depression have been significantly affecting my life whenever they hit. I get tired easily, have zero motivation, and everything feels like a waste. I've been trying to connect with my friends as they are currently my only support circle, but even that gets hard as I don't want to burden them with my emotional baggage.

Every day I wake up and feel sluggish, I get through the day okay, but at night I sit alone and cry, I wonder where everything got messed up and begin to wonder if there's any value in living the life I am living. Don't get me wrong, my family is more than financially stable and I live in a good area, however, my environment cannot seem to sheild me or create a safespace for me to develop as a person.

My ADHD masking often exhuasts me fairly quicking paired with high functioning depression and symptons of borderline personality disorder (symptons not an actual diagnosis) and due to these emotional and psychological inner fights that I struggle with my waves have been getting worse and worse everytime they hit. If anyone knows of any coping mechanisms that would be useful for my situation please please I am begging you tell me. There are far too many people in this world who would miss me if I were gone.
