Stuck stuck and stuck

Which one to address first? Sh** job where ppl don't stand up to their commitments and expect u to 'reset' - after a male boss threatened and mentally harassed me for months', an ailing father undergoing radiation therapy for prostrate cancer or a stupid guy who is too busy with his own life to only speak to me on phone (he stays a kilometre away). I haven't seen a worse year in my life. Don't know how to break out of this!!
