Tracking update Emulator

I've got a carrier using some kind of tracking update emulator. We use macropoint/descartes, so as soon as the drivers phone came up as "Fraud Detected," we cancelled this carrier and booked another carrier for it. But we left the tracking on out of curiosity and this fake tracking is pinging at exactly 50 miles apart. They've obviously set up some kind of emulator and never stopped it, same as we never stopped tracking here, either. My actual truck didn't get loaded for about 5 hours after this guy, and there is *no way* he's hauling my freight and I *sincerely doubt* he's hauling an identical load. I talked to Descartes/MP and they told me it's likely an emulator or updating fake locations through some app on their phone. I believe it would have to be the latter, because I cannot imagine someone manually updating a load to this exactment.

Any ideas, anyone shady want to jump in say "this is what I use." HHAHAHA what a pipe dream.
