Problems with 3-Year Australian Degree? LSAC says it's not a US Bachelor's
Hi all, Hoping someone can help because I just got my CAS report back from LSAC and I'm kind of freaking out. I'm an international applicant and I completed my bachelor's degree in Australia, which is a pretty standard 3-year program there. I was always told it wouldn't be much of an issue.
The LSAC evaluation has a comment saying my education is "not comparable to a US bachelor's degree" and is only equivalent to three years of credit.
Has any other international applicant dealt with this before? I'm feeling so dejected and lost right now, worried that my applications will be considered invalid before they're even read.
Did you have to do anything extra? Were you able to apply successfully with a similar evaluation? Really appreciate any advice or hearing about your experiences. Thanks.
