Dynamax help needed!

So, I realised about 1-2 months back that whenever I took on Dynamax/Gigantamax battles, I seemingly can't move my Pokémon side to side and I can't pick up the charge particles that pops up. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I have tried re-installing the app, even resetting my phone's clock trick and contacting the admin several times ( which solved nothing besides giving me 2 remote raid passes). It's been incredibly frustrating since I will lose 90% of 3 star battles that I used to be able to solo.
