Life f@$king sucks sometimes

35 m here, completely overwhelmed, work stress and pressure getting to me. Relationships or connections failing on me, my friends are wonderful people, but they have their own projects or going through their own struggles, it feels hard to reach out. Locked into financial payments working a soul sucking job. Posting on here because I don't feel like I have a voice right now.
