[M4A] New Town, New Filthy Life!

I've decided to give it a try to this prompt that I came up with a couple of days ago, the premise that I'll leave here is pretty simple and I want to expand and detail the scenario together with my partner.

I want to play as a guy that recently moved to a small town and for some reason (that we might decide later, or we can just keep it as a mystery) he gained "powers".
