Pain 3 weeks post op, is this normal? Should I seek help?

I had a SA 3 weeks ago, and have been randomly getting dull pains in my uterus since then. This morning, I was woken up by a more intense blinding cramp than I’ve ever felt, I breathed through it, lasted about 15 min then I gradually got better. Now I’m fine I don’t feel anything, so although it felt severe, it’s not persistent.

It was not connected to peeing, cuz that’s been fine so I’m ruling out a UTI…and I don’t feel anything now. But I do have full pain a few times a day, which I was told would stop after 2 weeks and now we’re at 3.5 weeks.

Is this normal?
