what would be the best laptop for working(as a student) and i can spend like max 1000$

i want laptop wchich will have 14 maybe a little more inch and i will use that manly to do a lot of things at the same time like making obsidian notes from course wchich im taking. I wont play any video games on it. the last thing is im not sure is oled is a good monitor or not like its very popular now on laptops but will it be good for my eyes after reading for hoirs and after making notea for hours(or taking courses)?
