Fixxxer vs Ronnie

For arguments sake:

Looking through some of these old posts, and whenever people bring up Fixxxer, someone compares it to Ronnie or says Ronnie is a better song from Load/Reload era. To each his own, I get it. But what in the world are people listening to? Fixxxer is world's deeper and better as a song. Ronnie has a nice bluesy riff, but it's not an original sounding riff or song. It's mildly shallow and corny and everything wrong with load. Thar being said, it rocks nicely. But it's not even near on the level of Fixxxer. That song is so deeply universally touching I fucking cry when I hear it and I never cry over anything. Lyrically, its not even great lyrics, it's pure authentic wizardry and voodoo, an exorcism of pain and trauma, not to mention incredible and ORIGINAL guitar work. And the last verse at the end, the pause, the crash....awesome.

Ronnie is just a song. Fixxxer is an epic gem.
