Where to buy leather boots?

I’m looking for some proper waterproof leather boots but I feel like I have barely seen any shoe stores at all and most of them had like old lady shoes. Does anyone know where to get good boots that won’t COMPLETELY break the bank? (Obv leather boots are gonna cost me)
