Cop car sitting near 5 points sidewalk (formerly rainbow sidewalk)

Heads up to anyone who enjoys sidewalk chalk art. There seems to be a cop car stationed on Oak Street next to the portal building. I'd presume they are there to make sure no one draws a rainbow back into the crosswalk with chalk.
