Daycare is ruining my potty training progress.

I did the three days potty training method where they sit every 30-45 minutes and my 2.5 year old did so good. She had only two accidents the first day but went potty the rest of the days (minus poop) and each time always said “I need to go potty.” I did this with her using underwear only or nothing at all.

Her daycare requires pull-ups while potty training until they’re fully potty trained, I’m assuming until there’s no accidents at all and my toddler hasn’t mastered pooping in the potty yet so I sent her with pull ups with underwear under it and talked to her about keeping both underwear and pull-ups dry, and to ask her teachers to go potty and she repeated it back and understood.

I asked permission beforehand to her teachers if we could keep underwear under her pull ups and they all approved and I let them know she’s going pee in the potty everytime. But everyday now I’m seeing she’s peeing in her pull up and underwear and they’re not putting the underwear under it. I supplied like 50 pairs lol. They’re taking her every hour and a half to the potty it looks like but she’s still going in her pull up 🫠 she’s at daycare five days a week so she’s there more than home so I feel like there’s only so much I can do to keep her progress up.

How did your full time kiddos manage potty training at daycare 😔
