Is there a "known" evasion bug?

Total Evasion rating

Put on random armour piece to make sure im not crazy.

So im curious if anybody has had this issue as well. Read another thread from a few months ago saying its potentially linked to one of the "downsides" in both Trials. If anybody has experienced this issue and was able to fix it help would be appreciated. Thanks!
