191 Visa Application - Employment History

We recently had a migration agency help submit our 191 application where I am the main applicant. However, we noticed that the submitted application only showed my partner's work history for the past 3 years instead of the full 10 years.

We are wondering if we should insist that the agency help us correct the information by submitting a notification of incorrect answers. Any advice will be appreciated, thank you!
