Emergency dentists

I'm having an issue with a dental bone graft I had done a month ago. A piece is coming out through my gum and is sharp to the point of cutting my tongue enough to bleed.

I had the extraction and bone graft done at 1021 Dental, but when I called to be seen ASAP they wouldn't book until September 17th, since the doctor is on vacation. The receptionist recommended going to an ER to have it looked at.

I went to urgent care, but the doctor took a single look and told me I'd have to go to a dentist to have it taken care of and sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics and ibuprofen.

Are there any decent emergency dentists in the area? I have Delta Dental for insurance, and I don't think that keeping gauze in my mouth for two weeks is sustainable.
