Which laptop?

I want a laptop mostly for video editing in 1080p and for future 4k and maybe some gaming.

Would I be better off with a mobile workstation or a Lenovo Legion with a 5070?

I would like to have a laptop that can do these tasks and last for at least three hours without having to plug it into a/c.
