Route to PR

Hi, I am planning to apply for Canadian PR. I am currently pursuing my MS in the US and have 3 semesters left. I have 6 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering and Analysis with US companies. Can anyone guide me if I am eligible to apply based on my bachelor’s degree, or should I wait until I complete my master’s

Thanks
