Political Karma-Farming in "non-political" subreddits

For a long time now Reddit in general has been infested with insane political garbage and many "non-political" subreddits have been taken over and are expressly political now (usually extreamly liberal) but it's so insane recently. Trump "dissapears" for a few days and now a bunch of top posts on r/pics and others are just a picture of a champagne or wine bottle titled "ready for the good news" to karma farm from fellow crazy leftists hoping to hear that Trump died. They're also basically shaming people in the replies who ask things like "not an American, what is this?" Its all so tiresome. What if I just want to look at cool pictures of stuff? Nope, top post is assuredly some bad picture of Trump. DoomerCircleJerk is a rare bastion of "normal" people that are equally happy to mock doomers on any side and is a welcome break from the insanity of the "popular" tab.
