Obi-Wan Kenobi MMS283 Leather Belt Falling Apart

Hi Everyone!
I have an MMS283 Kenobi, and his belt is getting old. There are many cracks on it, and the pouch fell off. I re-glued it with fabric glue, and it’s drying now—I’ll check later to see how successful the “surgery” was.

I’ve had it for some years, keeping it in the box with silica gel packs (maybe that’s the problem). Now and then I apply 303 Leather Spray on the faux leather parts. The boots seem fine, but the belt is falling apart.

I also applied some beeswax to it gently with a cotton swab, left it on for a bit, then wiped off the excess. Not sure how long it will hold together.

My question:
Is there anyone who remakes these so I could buy a new belt?

I have zero experience with leather, but I love to tinker (I’ve built some lightsabers for myself). Is there anyone with experience on this “miniature” level who could help me choose the right material, color, where to buy, and what tools to use?
