question im in my 5th week of healing

is pulling feeling normal with a guy like me with lots of frenulum left from being circumcised i was thinking on that i my old cut i did a few years ago i had pulling i thought my new cut would fix it nope im thinking its my frenulum it only pulls when i hold my head glans with 2 fingers and use third finger to push down should i be doing that my last pics i showed circle that seems to be my frenulum i know lots of guys find it annoying
