Best financial institutions for auto loan refinancing?

Sorry in advance if this has been asked before!

Looking to refinance my auto loan (currently through Chase at around ~8%). I've seen some institutions like Kemba Credit Union offering lower rates (around 5 - 6%) and wondering if anyone has had positive experiences with them or recommend other institutions.
