Help with carrier/fit

I have a 4 week old who doesn’t like to be put down and baby wearing also makes life parenting 2 kids much easier but I can’t seem to find a carrier or fit that doesn’t give me a harsh pinching pain in my upper back (between shoulder blades) after only a few minutes. I have a close caboo lite and ergobaby 360 (with newborn insert) but both give me the same pain. I’ve followed all the advice and YouTube videos on the best fit so I’m not sure what else to do. I really want/need to baby wear but I can’t seem to do so without being in lots of pain. Any advice on different carriers or fits would be welcome. Noting that I do not have a sling library or expert in my area to consult. Thanks
