Need a house for 30k - Leased accommodation

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently moved to Mumbai and will be here for a minimum of 3 years for work. My organization provides lease accommodation support of up to ₹30,000, and I’m looking for a 1BHK.

Currently, my office is at Nepean Sea Road, but future postings will be within the Mumbai city circle, roughly within a 12 km radius of the RBI building.

This is quite urgent, as I’m currently staying in a hotel that costs about ₹1,500 per day. Any leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
