Coolant Leak (2017)

I have, best I can figure, a coolant leak. I noticed light red liquid on the garage floor, in the very front passenger side of the vehicle.

I recently had the engine oil cooler pump replaced (about one month ago). I understand that the engine oil cooler pump may be a place where coolant could leak from.

My question is, would coolant leaking from the engine oil cooler pump cause coolant to appear below the very front passenger side of the engine bay( in front of wheel well), or would that be more indicative of a hose leak somewhere? Upon visual inspection, there is no obvious leak.
