24f - feeling a bit lost, any advice?

Advice

I'm turning 25 in a few months. I stop using my parents insurance at 26. I need to make a decision and make it quick.

I have a BA in Psych & English. I have little to no interest in continuing school. I don't have the money nor motivation. I have self taught experience with digital art and am a fast typer and a decent writer.

I currently work in an office. I do a multitude of tasks. The basic answer phone calls, send emails, keep a pretty balanced schedule every week. Every day I have certain things I need to get done - 90% of them are time sensitive. I handle cash, checks, and credit cards. I do some sales - make calls and write up order forums but I mainly do client accounting - intake only, someone else writes checks when needed.

I currently make about 40k a year. This company is small and not the most stable. It was family owned for two generations and took a pretty big hit during Covid. It's a small company - only 6 people in office including me.

I am not very happy. Yeah, it's easy work for decent pay but the representativeness of the job gets extremely boring. I am not being challenged enough and there is no room for me to grow. I was supposed to be trained on some graphic design stuff - but my boss has failed to follow through. Not to mention all my coworkers are twice my age and it's hard communicating sometimes.

I'm going to hit my two year mark within the next 6 months. I've been thinking of quiting and finding a banking or accounting job - or maybe try taking online courses for graphic design.

I feel stuck because my majors aren't very valuable without more schooling. I enjoy more hands on work and can't stand sitting in an office all day.

Any advice is appreciated.
