How are you using AI to guide your career search?

I’ve been messing around with AI tools like GPT and Gemini in my job search, not just for resumes and interview prep, but also for digging into the ‘hidden job market.’

Stuff like building quick company dossiers, spotting opportunities that aren’t posted, and drafting messages to reach out to people inside those orgs. Some of it’s been super useful, other parts kinda clunky.

Anyone else tried this? Has AI been more helpful for resumes, networking into hidden opportunities, or something else? Curious what’s actually worked (or flopped) for you.
