online services randomly disconnecting

in the last 2 days i've experienced a problem where my game randomly disconnects from online services, meaning i can't upload discoveries or meet people at the anomaly. i have never had such an issue before, and my internet connection is stable.

anyone know why this is happening and/or how i can fix it?
