Can someone review my ultrasound ovary/uterus results?

I had a trans vaginal ultrasound today. I am 26 years old, 5’3 and 120 pounds.

I have had one child, that is 7 years old.

I’m currently not pregnant and had a miscarriage about 2 weeks ago. This was a follow up appointment. I’ve had no more bleeding and have a totally negative pregnancy test.

I was told I may have PCOS by my primary care doctor.

I noticed some size differences with my ovaries.
