Newbiew, Where should I be?

Dear all,

This is a humble request to please guide a starter. I want to pursue career in Computer Science e.g. Stack Developers, Soft.. engineering or Data Scientist etc. Or at least to earn from this walk of life. I am already a post-graduate and employed. But for this end, I have opted for BSCS in VU. Can you please tell me what Should i do pursue degree first or learn skills first. Thank you.
