Buyer just won’t rate

So it’s been well over a month and the thing someome bought is just sitting in my incompleted selling tab and they told me they received it two weeks ago so I asked them to rate it and they said ok and haven’t marked it delivered or rated it since meracri help hasn’t done anything… what do I do?
