ONE PIECE CHAPTER 1159 BRIEF SPOILERS & Release Date

One Piece Chapter 1159 is titled “Island of Fate,” and wow—this chapter is packed with heavy lore and shocking reveals. The cover story kicks things off with Yamato making a return to the Flower Capital, but the main chapter wastes no time diving into world-shaking events. We learn that Shakky has been kidnapped in Hachinosu, and this news alone rattles the entire world.

The story then takes us 38 years back in time, right into the aftermath of God Valley. Saint Figarland Garling makes his return there, and in a brutal move, he attacks Shanks and Shamrock’s mother—his intention being to take the children away with him to the Holy Land. But Garling isn’t the only big name tied to God Valley. We see Dragon as well—except at this point, he’s not the revolutionary leader we know, but just a regular marine soldier caught up in the chaos. Meanwhile, Kuma, Ginny, and Ivankov are transported toward God Valley aboard slave ships, and in the shadows, a young Morgans is already stirring things up, leaking information from God Valley to Pirate Island.

Then comes one of the most shocking sequences—Rocks D. Xebec himself reappears. On his way to God Valley, he encounters Harald again and reveals his true motivation for heading there. Xebec admits that he feared for his family’s safety, and so he sent them back to his homeland—God Valley itself. And here comes the bombshell: his real name is “Davy D. Xebec,” a descendant of the hidden Davy Clan, with ancestry that traces directly back to none other than Davy D. Jones. After this revelation, Rocks and Harald clash, though Harald deliberately loses and allows Rocks to continue his journey.

The chapter builds toward a chilling climax as the God Valley Tournament begins. The biggest prize of this tournament? None other than Shakky herself. But that’s not all—among the slaves forced into the event are a young Teach and his mother. In the final moments, Dragon discovers Shanks and Shamrock’s mother in critical condition. With her dying breath, she pleads with him to save her children.

And with that, the stage is set for absolute chaos in the God Valley flashback. No break next week—meaning things are about to get even crazier.
