First Bulking Season, looking for tips as a former runner.

Simple Questions

So going for my first bulk as it gets colder. A bit of background, I lost 30 pounds this year (50 overall) and I'm about 4 pounds away from my (doctor consulted) goal weight.

I've been jogging 20k a week and eating at a calorie deficit. I've lost a lot of weight, but I still have notable stomach fat.

Read that muscles can help redistribute fat and helps burn calories at rest, so I figured why not go for a bulk season and see if that works. Either way, building muscle can't be a bad thing right?

So looking for tips. I read so far that you should hit 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

I am going for a clean bulk over a dirty bulk, any advice on surprising foods to avoid (eggs I know are so controversial)?

Can I still do cardio and if so how much? I run two 5ks and one 10k on the weekend. Worried this might be too much.

Is push/pull/legs still the best split? I've read up on progressive overloads and I'm trying to put a routine together.

What's a great source for building a workout routine? As a newbie it can be overwhelming seeing so many infographics and influencers out there. My only goal is a flat stomach, so anything to get me to that would be awesome.
