Please advise

I recently got a decision letter for a claim that I put in back in June 25 2025. I filed for migraines, sleep apnea, pes planus, plantar fasciitis. On my decision letter I was granted 50% for migraines. Denied for pes planus, plantar fasciitis but they close the claims without a decision for sleep apnea or a deferred. I had high hopes for the sleep apnea because diagnosed through the VA and prescribed CPAP machine. Anyway I called the 1800 number they said they can't find anything that the claim for sleep apnea it was ready for a decision but the close the claims and they said they were going to write it up that it may take 30 days for a response. As it right now I'm sitting at 94.5% according to the DAV calculator. Did I took the right approach for this claim. What are your opinions? If you had a similar situation how did solved it?
