How do I handle final affairs?

Advice needed

Florida

I have my mother's Last Will and Testament. It's straight-forward in that I am responsible for handling all final affairs, have Durable Power of Attorney and 100% of the remaining estate, pending her debts, is mine. She owned her home and car free and clear. She refused medical treatment and passed away alone, in bed.

The pickle that has me posting is, the attorney whose contact she gave me, appears to no longer be practicing. The line is disconnected. The website refers to another attorney. I sent them a message last night and have not heard back.

There should be no debates as to how the estate is divided however, some estranged extended family members who very much so, wish they were included... I have a house I don't need and, they are not in the best situation, which puts me in that emotionally vulnerable area.
