Has anyone done video to video?

Im looking for a simple video to video (maybe with a lora) workflow. I want to take a source video and modify it slightly with the output being the same length of video.

Example scenario 1: Source video is a woman walking down a street. I want to use a text input to blur her face like "a woman walks down the street. Her face is blurry".

Example scenario 2: Source video is a woman walking down a street. I want to use a lora to give her alien eyes (an existing lora).

How would you go about achieving this?
