RX 6800XT + 5800x3d underperforming.

Hi,

My current Specs are

32gb dd4 ram

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D

GPU: AMD Ryzen RX 6800 XT

Motherboard: B450 TOMAHAWK MAX II

I feel like my fps in games is lower than it should be. After looking around at similar setups performances in games as well as AMD Softwares performance grade giving me marginal.

For example: Path of Exile 2 - Average FPS of 43.8

Potential problem: my gpu power goes to about 118w. However, when I do a stress test in AMD adrenaline my cpu goes up to over 220W, could this be a problem?

my cpu usage sits at about 25% when I play. I assume this is because it's being bottlenecked by my GPU.

I've recently installed win11, and was wondering if maybe that hard a part to play. So I used DDU to remove all drivers, and re-installed the up to date versions.

if there's any data I can provide to aid troubleshooting please let me know.
