Is Kanye now a producer?

I fell like rappers these days don't feature Kanye as much as he was featured back in the day. These days rappers use Kanye only as a producer in my opinion, just like it used to happen back in the day with JAY-Z, Nas and Common. I fell like Playboi Carti and Travis Scott only use his beats for their songs, and not his vocals. I believe that Kanye is the artist and Ye is the producer. What do yall think?
